Standard Color Check List:

All colors vary with the printing process (ie, silkscreen, pad print), the color of the material being printed on, as well as the type of surface (shiny or matte finish). PMS Numbers are indicated for reference only. They are approximate as PMS Colors are based upon process printing on white substrate.

Color Matching:

We will do a PMS color match at a charge of $35.00 (G). The best matches will be achieved when printing on a white product. We do not recommend color matching on colored surfaces.

Ink, Copy & Product Color Changes:

For ink changes within an order add $20.00 (G) per color change. For copy changes within an order add $40.00 (G) per copy change. The minimum quantity required for a color / copy change is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity. Product color changes are available for minimum catalog quantities only.

Proofs:

$6.50 (G) for fax or paper proof in addition to all other charges. $15.00 (G) per imprint for product proofs plus art, screen, set-up cost of product and shipping costs. Revision of proofs will be re-charged as a new proof and include additional art charges. Note: Total responsibility for design and imprint lies with the buyer when a proof is approved or if no proof is requested.

Spec Sample:

$75.00 (G) per color/location plus product cost and shipping. Speculative samples are 100% rebateable with a resulting order.

We provide service for $17.50 (G) per item, where our artist will professionally design a custom presentation sheet. The cost is fully rebateable. To receive your rebate, your e-spec number must be clearly marked on the corresponding purchase order. Your e-spec will be prepared in approximately 48 hours (workload permitting) from receipt of art that complies with our specifications.

Over / Under Runs / Exact Quantities:

Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 5%. If you require exact quantities, please add $25.00 (G). Exact quantities are available on one (1) color orders that do not exceed 1,000 units.

Less Than Minimum:

There will be a charge of $40.00 (G) for orders less than the catalog minimum. The absolute minimum order is 50% of the lowest catalog quantity and is limited to one (1) color/location imprint only.

Multi-Color Imprints:

For screen, Tranfer and Pad print orders with 3 or more imprint colors require 2nd column quantity or 100 piece minimum (whichever is greater).

Repeat Orders:

Furnish our original acknowledgement number as well as your purchase order number. There are no set-up charges for exact repeats. All other charges apply (i.e. pms colors, running charges, etc). Files and artwork will be saved for 12 months. 

Trademark Usage:

Artwork, designs, logos and trademarks imprinted on products in this catalog have been reproduced only as an example of the quality of imprints available from Starline. They are not intended to represent or constitute an endorsement of Starline or its products by any other company. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by factory in producing the items ordered will be accepted by factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.

Insertions:

Upon request we will insert your items at .50 (G)/item for simple insertions. More complicated insertions may incur additional charges. Add 1-3 days to stadard lead time.

The same parameters apply for drop shipping with the exception that each drop shipment must be in case quantities.

Returns & Cancellations:

All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by the factory. To cancel an order before production requires a $25.00 (G) cancellation fee. To cancel during production, order will be billed for cost of labor and materials, in addition to cancellation fee. All cancellations must be authorized by factory.

Substitutions:

Due to unavoidable manufacturers product changes and improvements, we reserve the right to substitute, at any point in time, products that compare in price and design for those shown in this catalog.
